Terms & Conditions

I understand and agree that the terms and conditions for POP CULTURE Power Show outlined below apply to me. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless POP CULTURE Power Show, its affiliates, directors, and/or associates from any and all claims which are brought by, or on my behalf, and which are in any way connected with my participation in the convention. 

In consideration I am being permitted to participate in any activities organized, operated or sanctioned by POP CULTURE Power Show, I, the party involved hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 

  1. I have read, understand, and agree to abide by POP CULTURE Power Show Code of Conduct, Dress Code, Policy, Weapons Policy, and other POP CULTURE Power Show policies and procedures posted on the POP CULTURE Power Show web site.



  1. I understand and agree that the POP CULTURE Power Show policies and procedures, and the terms and conditions of participation set out in the volunteer guidelines are always effective and apply to me when present in and around the Stafford Centre during POP CULTURE Power Show. 



  1. I acknowledge and agree that acceptance of any badge, wristband, membership or other form of admission issued by POP CULTURE Power Show constitutes acceptance of agreement to the following:  


(a) Releases POP CULTURE Power Show from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right, or any claim or cause of action of any kind.  

(b) Authorizes and permits POP CULTURE Power Show and its designees to use my name, voice, and likeness and all reproduction thereof in all media now and hereafter known for all purposes in perpetuity.  

(c) Agrees to comply with all show rules and regulations of POP CULTURE Power Show. 

  1. I understand that the show in which I will participate is of a voluntary nature. I also understand that part of the show involves physical activities, including but not limited to show setup with shades, curtains and steel poles, and may be dangerous and may carry the rise of serious or grievous injuries, including bodily injury, damage to personal property and/or death. I understand the nature of the show and represent that I am qualified and have no health problems, medical issues, or disabilities that would not allow me to participate in such an event. I further acknowledge that the show will be conducted in facilities open to the public. 

  2. I understand that the show in which I will participate is of a voluntary nature. I also understand that part of the show involves being around large crowds and may run a risk of infection to the COVID-19 virus. I understand that social distancing of a minimum of 6 feet at times may not be possible and that I may be in danger of exposure to the COVID-19 virus from large crowds and may carry the rise of serious or grievous sickness and/or death. 



  1. Should it be necessary for me to receive medical care while participating as a POP CULTURE Power Show Volunteer member, I give POP CULTURE Power Show personnel to use reasonable discretion in obtaining medical care for me, and grant permission to any physician or other qualified medical providers, including but not limited to nurses and ambulance personnel to render whatever medical care they deem necessary & that all charges for services, equipment, and supplies incurred for such treatment shall be my sole responsibility, and agree to pay for all that was associated with rendering medical care to me.
