REGISTRATION AND CHECK IN TIMES:

All day Friday, March 31, Saturday, April 1, and Sunday, April 2 until 12:00 PM

The registration and check in desk will be in the front entrance.

All registered cosplayers will need to follow our social media pages @pwrshows, and have their picture taken by our professional photographer.

You must check in at the registration table, have your picture taken, and have your form completed in order to be included into the contest no later than 12:00 PM Sunday, April 2, 2023, NO EXCEPTIONS! You must be present, and lined up at the start of the contest at 1:00pm on Sunday, April 2, 2023 in order to win!

Once you’ve completed the registration form, please be sure to get your entry number.

Costumes must be family friendly.

JUDGES:

All contestants will line up to have their cosplay costumes viewed by our judges at the start of the contest at 1:00pm on Sunday, April 2, 2023.

CATEGORIES & AWARDS:

After costumes have been viewed by our judges, awards will be announced for each category on Sunday, April 2, 2023. Awards & Prizes are listed below.

*Please be mindful that costumes purchased from a store may not be judged the same as costumes that were created from scratch.

IMPORTANT LEGAL INFO:

Judges have the authority and discretion to select winners. Minors (17 & under) must have permission from a parent or legal guardian in order to participate in the cosplay contest.

By registering into the cosplay contest, contestants agree without limitation to the use of his/her name, user name, photo and/or likeness for publicity purposes without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
